These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Random Letters of Kindness website and the purchase of products from us.
By placing an order with Random Letters of Kindness, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Random Letters of Kindness is owned and operated by Paula Smith, trading as Random Letters of Kindness.
Random Letters of Kindness provides thoughtfully written letters, Little Notes of Kindness and stationery products designed to encourage kindness, connection and appreciation.
Products
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing and other content on our website are accurate.
As many of our products are personalised, slight variations in wording, formatting, layout and presentation may occur.
All photographs are for illustrative purposes only.

As these products are personalised, they cannot usually be cancelled, returned or refunded once work has begun.
Please ensure all information provided during the ordering process is complete and accurate.
Written From Your Thoughts
When purchasing a Written From Your Thoughts letter, you will be asked to provide information, memories, themes and key messages that you would like included.
We will make every effort to reflect the information you provide, however the final structure, wording and presentation of the letter remains at our discretion.
Collection Letters & Notes
Our collection letters and Little Notes of Kindness are provided as written and may only be personalised where specific options are offered during the ordering process.
Customer Content
For products requiring customer-provided wording, thoughts, notes, instructions or other content, you are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is lawful, accurate and appropriate.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or decline any order containing content which we believe to be:
Offensive
Abusive
Threatening
Harassing
Defamatory
Discriminatory
Hateful
Illegal
Infringing on the rights of others
Otherwise inappropriate
If such content is identified during our review process, Random Letters of Kindness reserves the right to refuse fulfilment of the order.
In these circumstances, no refund will be provided.
Anonymous Messages
Many of our letters and all Little Notes of Kindness can be shared anonymously.
Where an anonymous option is selected, no sender details will be included within the letter or note unless specifically requested by the customer.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£).
Payment must be received in full before work begins on any order.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, although changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for.
Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Random Letters of Kindness does not store customers' payment card details.
Delivery
Preparation and dispatch times vary depending on the product ordered. Estimated preparation times can be found on our Delivery Information page.
We offer delivery within the United Kingdom and internationally.
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient and delivery information. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect information supplied during the ordering process.
International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, local postal services and any customs processes that may apply.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Deliveries
While we cannot guarantee the performance of postal services, if your order arrives damaged, is significantly delayed or appears to have been lost, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the matter fairly and reasonably.
For international deliveries, additional delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing or local postal services.
Customs & Import Charges
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, fees or other charges that may be imposed by the destination country.
Random Letters of Kindness has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of many of our products, personalised letters and notes are not eligible for return or refund once work has commenced.
Non-personalised stationery products may be eligible for return in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

Clear photographs showing any damage, fault or error
Requests for refunds, replacements or other resolutions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
We are unable to refund orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer or because customs charges have not been paid by the recipient where applicable.
Intellectual Property
All collection letters, Little Notes of Kindness, written content, designs, branding, logos and website content remain the intellectual property of Random Letters of Kindness unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or resold without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Random Letters of Kindness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, products or services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
