How Delivery Works
Every Random Letter of Kindness and Little Note of Kindness is carefully prepared and posted with care.
When placing your order, you'll be able to choose whether you'd like it:
Delivered directly to the recipient
Delivered to you for you to post or for hand delivery or to share in your own meaningful way.
Preparation & Dispatch Times
Because many of our products are personalised, the time required to prepare each order can vary.
Collection Letters & Notes
Our collection letters and Little Notes of Kindness are already written and carefully curated. Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
Your Words Letters
Where you provide the words and we transform them into a thoughtfully presented letter, please allow up to 5 working days for preparation and dispatch.
Write Your Own Notes
Where you provide the wording for a Little Note of Kindness, please allow up to 5 working days for preparation and dispatch.
Written From Your Thoughts Letters
As these letters are written specifically for you using the thoughts and information you provide, please allow up to 7 working days for preparation and dispatch.
Stationery
Our stationery products are typically prepared and dispatched within 5 working days.
Whenever possible, we aim to dispatch orders sooner than these timescales.
Delivery Options
We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom and internationally.
All letter and note prices include Royal Mail Second Class postage within the UK.
For customers who would like additional peace of mind, a Royal Mail First Class Signed For upgrade is available at checkout.
A standard international delivery charge applies to letters and Little Notes of Kindness sent outside the UK.
Please note that delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination, local postal services and any customs processes that may apply.
Delivering Directly to the Recipient
Many customers choose to have their letter or note sent directly to the recipient.
If selecting this option, please ensure all address details are entered carefully, as we cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect information.
Anonymous Delivery
Many of our letters and all of our Little Notes of Kindness can be shared anonymously.
Sometimes a message can mean even more when the focus remains entirely on the words themselves.
If you select an anonymous option, no sender details will be included within the letter or note.
Presentation
Every Random Letter of Kindness is printed on recycled ivory card and presented in a paper envelope.
We believe thoughtful words deserve thoughtful presentation.
Lost or Delayed Items
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery becomes the responsibility of the postal provider.
