Written From Your Thoughts
You know what you'd like to say but need a little help finding the right words. Share the overall message you'd like to communicate along with key thoughts, memories or qualities, and we'll create a bespoke letter for you.

If you'd prefer not to write the letter yourself, our Written From Your Thoughts service allows you to provide key information, memories and messages, and we'll create a bespoke letter on your behalf.

If you've chosen Your Words, simply type or copy and paste the words you'd like included in your letter into the form provided during the ordering process.
Random Letters of Kindness letters typically contain approximately 250-400 words.

During the ordering process, you'll be asked to tell us a little about the recipient, the message you'd like to share and provide up to six thoughts, memories, qualities or key points you'd like included.
We'll then use this information to create a bespoke letter on your behalf.

All Random Letters of Kindness letters typically contain approximately 250-500 words and are presented on recycled ivory card.
Little Notes of Kindness

Little Notes of Kindness are shorter messages designed to encourage, uplift and brighten somebody's day through simple acts of kindness.
They can be posted directly to a recipient, shared with a friend, left to be discovered unexpectedly or included with a gift.

Many customers choose to have their letter delivered directly to the recipient. Simply enter the recipient's details as the shipping address during checkout.

All letter and note prices include Royal Mail Second Class postage within the UK.
A Royal Mail First Class Signed For upgrade is available at checkout.
International Delivery
International delivery is available for letters and Little Notes of Kindness.
A standard international delivery charge applies and can be selected during checkout.

While we aim to prepare and dispatch orders within the timescales shown on our Delivery Information page, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and remain dependent on the postal service.

Because personalised products are created specifically to your requirements, they are generally not eligible for return or refund once work has begun.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and include your order number along with clear photographs of the issue.
We'll review each situation on a case-by-case basis and do our best to resolve the matter fairly and reasonably.
